Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday and this year proved my point yet again. I love seeing my family. Hanging out with friends. Great food and a just a great week, although I am very very excited for Christmas :)

Thanksgiving this year was full of family. friends. and fun.
And I am SO thankful for all three.
Thanksgiving was full of food
And boy was it delicious.
Thanksgiving was full of memories and laughter.
And THAT was the best part of all.
Oh how I love my family :)

Cubs stay, Dland

This is my dad, being the cool guy he is. Ya thats right he got his very own cubs jersey with his name on it and number 16, who was my dads favorite player for the Cubs (He has a cool story why he liked that player so much) Anyways if you know my dad then you know this is no big deal to him because he gets cool stuff all the time. Although I will say he was pretty happy about this considering he loves the Cubs so much. Anyways, this was at the victory party at the Hilton after the election. and Prop 420 passed! The cubs will stay and we will build them a new stadium. I am really happy they didn't go to Florida. My dad grew up skipping school to go to Cubs spring training games with his dad. I grew up skipping school to go to the games with my dad. and I want to be able to take my kids out of school some day to be able to go to the Cubs games!!

On a completely different note, I went to Disneyland for my first time (that I remember) and it was SUHWEET! Ill do another blog on it because I have a ton of pics, but it was seriously a blast! Thank you so much mom and dad for such a fun trip!!!

I am the best aunt, and worst sister!

Friday night I spent the night at Staci's house and woke up to these cute boys! They were SOO cute and funny all day! We painted these boxes that they had bought, rode bikes outside in our pjs, ate breakfast about 4 times, played in the back yard, played hide and seek, and then after feeding them 4 times with that food covering their bodies I decided to stick them in the bath so they would be clean for their mom. Buutttttt... I let them paint in the bathtub because I am the nice aunt I am. And being the nice aunt I am I also let them destroy the house and the outside of it. I really was planning on cleaning up.. but things happened and my sister was very understanding. Instead of paying me she got to clean up ;) (thats why im a bad sister) hah anyways I really did have a good reason for leaving and not cleaning up and stack understands but for real people. Just look at these pics, you cant tell me these are not the cutest kids ever!!

I asked parker what his full name was and he said pookie-bear-burrito-allen. I asked him what Rylers full name is and he said bubba-ry-pookie-allen. And I LOVE THEM!!!!

THE BEST DAD IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!

My dad is the most amazing person I know. He is such an exmaple and role model in my life! He has always supported me in sports, school, any decisions I make and he is always right there to give me advice. He helps with with my homework and encourages me to always do my best and never lets me forget that success isnt given, you have to work hard for it! I love all his quirky dad jokes and how he has fun everywhere he goes! I love you pappa and I hope you have a great birthday today, you deserve it!! :D

Conference was so much fun! I got to go (last minute) with some friends and it was my first time ever actually going to Utah to see it! It was so spiritual in the conference center, I loved it! Such a fun weekend!

overall.. I laughed a lot during pres. Monsons talk, but it was super good! All three of the RS pres. that spoke gave really good talks as well!

Painting! We went and painted these booths for Gilberts constitution day.. whatever that is. But it was a lot of fun! (this was prior to the happy birthday singing at 11:50pm to make sure lexi's birthday lasted allll day long.)

AND- Bams farewell and the day that Robbie got baptized! Great day for all our friends :)
